Managed AI Employees for Sales & Operations

Hire an AI Employee That Actually Shows Up Every Day.

TGAND Technologies installs, trains, monitors, and improves AI operators that handle the repetitive revenue work your team keeps dropping: inbox triage, follow-up drafts, CRM hygiene, reporting, and urgent opportunity alerts.

Implementation engagement → ongoing managed system. We stay embedded until it's running reliably.

Strategic partner, not a software vendor — we build and operate it for you.
Request an AI audit

Tell us about your business. We'll find where AI fits.

We'll never share your details. Human review stays in the loop.

Connects into the tools your team already uses

The anti-friction AI employee offer

One monthly fee for an AI operator your team can actually rely on — no token math, no prompt training, no abandoned automations.

We package AI as managed capacity, not software. TGAND handles the setup, workspace knowledge, integrations, monitoring, and ongoing improvements so your team gets outcomes instead of another tool to babysit.

Install the role

Pick the job: Sales Operator, Client Success Manager, Founder Chief of Staff, or Ops Coordinator. We translate that role into workflows.

Train it on your business

We build the company brain: offers, FAQs, tone, SOPs, CRM fields, meeting notes, reporting formats, and escalation rules.

Monitor and improve it

Watchdogs, weekly reports, human review, and continuous changes are included so issues get caught before customers feel them.

Productized roles

Start with one AI employee. Expand only when the first one earns trust.

The fastest path is not “AI transformation.” It is one clear worker doing one revenue-relevant job every day.

02
AI Client Success Manager
Prepares client updates, summarizes account health, detects churn risk, and drafts proactive check-ins.
03
AI Founder Chief of Staff
Turns emails, meetings, and loose notes into priorities, follow-ups, documents, and escalation alerts.
Inbox-to-Revenue Operator

An AI employee that watches the channels where revenue leaks.

  • Monitors inboxes, forms, CRM notes, and meeting summaries for buying intent, unanswered prospects, and stalled opportunities.
  • Drafts follow-ups in your voice with prospect context, next steps, and objection handling already included.
  • Escalates only the moments that need a human: hot replies, renewal risk, ghosted proposals, and executive-level requests.

Company Brain + Tool Stack

We connect the AI employee to your actual operating system.

  • We build a living company brain from your docs, SOPs, offers, FAQs, CRM definitions, and communication style.
  • Agents work inside the tools you already use: Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, CRM, Slack, Telegram, task boards, and dashboards.
  • Weekly reporting shows actions taken, drafts created, risks flagged, hours saved, and revenue opportunities surfaced.

From first conversation to operating AI system — a focused engagement.

We don't jump to building. We start by understanding your business, find where AI creates real impact, then build and embed the system.

01

Understand the business

We start by listening. Audit your operations, map your workflows, and identify exactly where AI would create real, measurable impact — not theoretical gains.

02

Identify where AI creates real impact

Not every workflow needs AI. We find the chokepoints — the repetitive, high-stakes tasks eating your team's time or costing you revenue — and design a focused plan.

03

Build and embed the systems

We build it, connect it to your existing tools, train it on your business, and stay embedded through implementation until the system is operating reliably.

Who you're working with

I built Solamailer — an AI-powered email marketing and inbox management platform — from scratch. It's a live reference architecture I use when designing AI systems for clients.

When you hire TGAND, you get me — not an account manager. I sit inside your business, find where AI creates real leverage, and build the system.

Frequently asked

Questions before hiring an AI employee.

Straight answers about scope, safety, reliability, and what “managed” actually means.

Is this just a chatbot or automation project?
No. We package a business role, not a tool. A TGAND AI employee is trained on your company brain, connected to approved systems, monitored with watchdogs, and improved continuously. The goal is a repeatable operating outcome, not a clever demo.
What should we install first?
Start where revenue or executive time is leaking: sales follow-up, inbox triage, CRM hygiene, client success reporting, proposal nudges, meeting follow-ups, or daily founder briefings. We deliberately start with one role so the system earns trust before expanding.
Do I need to learn prompting or manage the AI myself?
No. Your team interacts with the AI employee like a staff member through the tools you already use. TGAND handles prompts, workflows, permissions, monitoring, and updates underneath.
What tools can it connect to?
Common starting points include Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slack, Telegram, CRMs, task boards, meeting notes, and internal knowledge bases. We only connect systems you approve and we keep irreversible actions behind human confirmation.
What does the monthly fee include?
Setup, workflow design, the company brain, integrations, monitoring, support, weekly reporting, and ongoing improvements to the installed AI employee. The point is to avoid nickel-and-diming you per prompt, token, or tiny workflow change.
How do you prevent silent failures?
Every deployment includes watchdogs, logs, review queues, and alerting. If an agent fails, stalls, loses access, or produces low-confidence output, the system escalates instead of silently pretending everything worked.
Will the AI send emails or change records without approval?
Not unless you explicitly approve that operating mode. For most clients, the AI drafts customer-facing messages and queues them for human approval. We can add more autonomy later once the workflow is proven.
How fast can we launch?
Most first roles can be installed in about 14 days: discovery, company brain, integrations, workflow build, testing, and monitored launch. The goal is useful daily operation, not a giant transformation project.
How is this different from generic AI consulting?
Generic consulting gives recommendations and prototypes. TGAND installs a managed AI employee with an owner, a job description, connected tools, monitoring, and recurring improvement. We sell operational capacity, not advice.
